2. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical goods. All platform features, updates, and deliverables are accessible online through your registered account on onWork.ai.

3. Delivery of Services

• Access to services is granted immediately upon successful registration and/or payment, depending on your selected plan.
• All reports, insights, and analytics are available digitally within the platform or downloadable as digital files (PDF, CSV, etc.).
• Login credentials, activation links, and billing receipts are sent to the registered email address.

4. SaaS-Only Commitment

onWork.ai is committed to operating solely as a digital SaaS platform. Unless formally announced via a public press release, product update, or official communication, we do not offer physical products, packaging, or offline delivery.
