This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and services provided by MANTIN ONWORKAI TECHNOLOGIES LLP through its platform, onWork.ai. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Subscription Cancellation

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the onWork.ai dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• No additional charges will be made post-cancellation.
• Enterprise customers under custom contracts must refer to the terms specified in their agreement.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only issued if no paid features or platform functionalities have been accessed or used within 24 hours of making the payment.
• If eligible, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@onwork.ai within the first 24 hours of the transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

• Partial usage of services beyond the 24-hour window
• Download or viewing of any reports or analytics
• Custom integrations, enterprise plans, or development work
• Cancellation requests made after the 24-hour refund window

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–21 business days and returned to the original payment source. We will notify you via email once your refund has been initiated.
